Troy Wiley
Troy Wiley currently resides in Colorado with his wife and two teenage kids. He has a bachelor’s degree in business with a minor in psychology. Currently he works as a Sales Operations Manager for a company that solution-mines sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) in western Colorado. As a self-proclaimed "jack of all trades, master of none" his previous occupations included being a business analyst at Boeing Aerospace and being a professional farrier (horseshoer) for a few years. After years of thinking there was something wrong with him for not being a “specialist” at something, he is finding his place in a world that is calling for evolutionary “generalists”. Through unsuccessfull attempts to make money off of his passions (philosophy, consciousness, sustainability, cultural change, evolutionary spirituality), he has now comfortably separated the two and feels that he is able to more authentically contribute to positive changes in the world. His current interests lie in bridging gaps in our understandings, weaving together the patchwork of human values and worldviews, and in framing new cultural paradigms that may usher in a new global, thriving humanity.
