Sam Roberts
Sam is married to his longtime love, Monique, and together they have two children, Andres and Marcelo (born in 2009 and 2011). A San Francisco Bay Area-based writer, integral coach™, and organizational consultant, his primary professional interests reside in the fields of Energy, Healthcare, and Education. Holding degrees in Organizational Psychology, African-American literature, Peace and Conflict studies, and Integral Theory, Sam brings creative and multi-disciplinary perspectives to some of our most sensitive issues.
The things he used to do before he had kids (and that he plans to do again in the future!) are practicing Aikido and Brazilian Ju-Jitsu, dancing Hip-Hop, Afro-Brazilian Samba, and Swing, as well as continuing to write a retelling of the Canterbury Tales for the 21st Century.
His family of four, along with their dog, Luna, are very appreciative of their extended family living in the Bay Area, with many uncles, aunts, cousins, and grandparents providing lots of love and support. It takes a village.
He can be reached by email at tzsamuels@gmail.com.
