Anger and expanding the human experience

Written by

There is an expansive quality to fully showing up for the human experience. That is, when we become present to and intimate with our arising experience moment by moment and don't turn away from or contract around it, there can be a quality of moving ourtward, of becoming.

I'm particularly interested in emotions and how our capacity to fully feel and express our emotions supports us developmentally in so many other ways. The theme of anger has been arising lately, particularly around women and how we tend to fumble with this emotion. Below are two videos by Robert Masters, Anger part 1 and Anger part 2. Part 1 first hooked my attention when he describes anger as moral fire. Enjoy.

thanks for this one Che. I'm a big fan of Masters. Chloe and I are currently reading his book Transformation Through Intimacy: The Journey Towards Mature Monogamy. Great book.

He really deeply understands how emotions and body relate to awakening. His voice is really needed in the integral world.
