Is apathy our fault? Who cares.
Well this guy cares and he makes a damn good presentation of it. He's spotted some interesting quirks in society that do seem to make it harder to get involved. Now I don't fully agree that apathy is only social barriers (we need to look within too), but the man has some insights. Check it out.
